Cost Reduction Programs

Through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs, local individuals and businesses provide generous donations to support families in need. Scholarships are awarded to families who apply through our STS system and meet the eligibility criteria set by the EITC/OSTC programs.

If your family does not quality for EITC/OSTC assistance but is facing financial hardship or extenuating circumstances, you may be eligible for help through our STJW Angel Fund. To be considered, you must first complete the tuition assistance application through STS.

Reduce your total family cost by up to $400 per year by volunteering up to 20 hours. A list of volunteer opportunities is available in the FACTS portal under web resources.

Helping Hands is a gift card fundraiser that returns a portion of the gift card value to the school in the form of a tuition credit. You can use these gift cards to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you reduce the cost to attend.
